Metal Maschine Musik is a weekly show on Thunder Bay, Ontario's mighty CILU 102.7 FM radio. I play 2 hours of industrial and related music every Monday from 3 - 5 PM. This is prime time, kids. People will indeed hear you, and it's a great chance to get tunes out to an audience who would otherwise not hear them if they weren't searching. I'll lean especially for Canadian bands, and those who are putting out their own shite.
The only restrictions that apply are that I cannot play any profanity, and questionable subject matter can be touchy. I screen everything myself and have a very wide open mind. Either way, I'm looking for promo CD's for radio play. I'll play anything that slips into the broad industrial genre, hard electro, nasty drum and bass. Anything hard that makes you either move, or cover your ears in pain.
