This is a cool machine. I bought mine new in about 1990ish and have tons of sounds for it that I found on the web. Obviously, the vector synthesis is a fun. I use it, a TX81Z and a Casio VZ-10 to get some awesome sound mixes. It's an FM/Wave synth. I've never had any problems with it at all. Editing sounds is the normal pain in the butt but with all the available sounds you don't really need to do all that much editing anyway. There is at least one editor out for it on the web. It went for about $799(?) new. I suppose they are about $200+ used. I don't plan to sell mine.
