Well, I find the sounds and their limited editability infuriating. Other than that the RM1X is a brilliant live sequencer-- split a track up into 16 chuncks with the ability to mute any/all channels, and you have an interactive sequencer you can really 'jam' with. Also useful if you want to break out of the PC sequencing mold of watching your music scroll by on the screen.
