This is the resonant filter of Alesis's Modfx line. Its got Low pass, High pass, Band pass, and Band Stop. The Lfo shapes are Triangle, Sample /Hold, Triggered, Envelope, or Pattern. These can all be tempo sync'ed. It can switch between 4 or 6 poles.
