Hunter and Collector of OLD SCHOOL Industrial, Experimental, & Unusual Music from the early years. 9000 Titles in the current playlist on Productions of Time Radio. I had the pleasure to hang out for years at KUCR Radio, 88.5FM in Riverside CA during the years of the original Productions of Time Program, hosted by its originator, David Bailey. Southern California was a great place in the 80's for Industrial Music. Many great Indie record shops dot the landscape, many wonderful musical gems were to be found. In the early days the scene was more noise and less dance. In fact I was pissed when Coil first released Love's Secret Domain. But I learned to love the new direction. I also had kittens when Current 93 first released Swastika's for Noddy. I came to really love that album too, but I must say their latest releases are getting VERY MELLO. I prefer things like the United Dairies Boxed Set. TG, Coil, Nurse with Wound, NON, Galas, LPD, Shock Headed Peters, Negativeland, The Residents, Zoviet France, Cabaret Voltaire(old stuff), Art Zoids, Art Bears, Henry Cow, Trisome 21, Foetus, Pyschic TV & Current 93 are more core listening material for me. The Internet is becoming like a vast sea of music, much of it treacle, but then you catch a new wonderful fish from time to time. So were to end this? I am looking for people to trade with. I have many very rare and out of print items. I am looking for several rare things I just have not been able to find. Drop me a line to exchange MP3 files. I have a huge server with decent bandwidth for FTP transfers. I do not share or torrent any of these files. I would rather trade with other serious collectors. Check out ProductionsofTimeRadio.com. At any tmie you will hear something unusual. No talk, no commercials, just 24/7 straight music. Let us drill you some new earholes....
